Custom made Jewelry is unique and is not exchangeable or returnable unless there is damage during shipment. If you discover that an item you purchased does not meet your needs, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt for a refund or exchange. We will refund the cost of the item only. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping and packaging fees as these are unrecoverable. No refunds will be excepted after 72 hours.
