We will ship your item USPS First Class Mail and do our best to protect your purchase. We strongly suggest purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages or damaged goods once they leave our site. If you want to have insurance please email me with your request. All shipping and handling costs are a flat rate of $5.00.
We normally ship goods within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order. If we cannot send your goods within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) then we will email you and inform you of the delay. Goods are sent using USPS. Orders can be shipped 'rush' if needed and will be sent via UPS or Fedex. Additional charges will apply for this service. Goods shipped USPS can have a delivery date anywhere from 2 to 14 days, depending on your location. Orders shipped UPS or Fedex can be delivered anywhere from 1 to 3 days depending on the buyer's preference. We can deliver immediately to anywhere within the United States and Canada. Please let me know via email if you wish to have your item rushed and I will let you know what the additional charges will be.
We do ship internationally, please complete your order first and I will contact you if there will be any additional charges for shipping internationally.
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in processing a claim through USPS.
